7 Ways of Sculpting Positivity: Book Launch

In May 2018, we started our humble show, Mornings with Marilyn on Facebook. By the end of 2019, we had published Sculpting Positivity: Daily Inspirations from the show, ‘Mornings with Marilyn. Now, after a couple of years, we bring you the sequel, Sculpting Positivity II: A Thought a Day from the show, ‘Mornings with Marilyn.’

In this second book, we’ve really streamlined the content to make it concise and conducive to a quick reflection per day. These little nuggets inspire not only reflection, but change. We impart seven types of tips in this book:

  1. Prompts for reflection on trauma: Take you deep into yourself and help you learn more about yourself so you can separate what is authentic from what is conditioned.
  2. Challenge days: These messages ask you to take an action that can uplift you and others, and help you shift your perspective on a particular topic, emotion, or behavior.
  3. Navigating emotions and relationships: From these nuggets you understand what emotions are teaching you, and how to handle relationships using better communication and boundaries.
  4. Linking inner and outer wellness: These messages connect our food intake with the planet’s wellness, and ask you to consider how you can support life within and outside of you.
  5. Thought bombs: Short excerpts from some of our other books, including poetry volumes, that invite reflection, and shift you into different modes of thinking.
  6. Balancing feminine and masculine energies: Nuggets of inspiration to help you balance your inner divine masculine and feminine energies, regardless of your gender.
  7. Eliminating injustice: The entries in this book stimulate your thinking to understand various types of injustice with a view to healing them once and for all.

Grab your copy today, and don’t take our word for how life-changing this content could be. We leave you with one of the many reviews we’ve included in the book:

“I got to meet Dr. Marilyn Cornelius for the first time at my workplace, when a colleague of mine invited her to be the chief guest and give a speech about women’s empowerment. For the first time, I heard something that made sense to me. I was captivated by her depth of knowledge, her aura and her ability to touch hearts through words. Her fluency and simplicity to reach out to emotionally weak persons is just amazing. After the function, I had a chat with the colleague who had invited her and she told me that Dr. Marilyn has a Facebook community called ‘Mornings with Marilyn’. I immediately subscribed to it. As I started watching her motivational videos, I felt that she knew me. I could relate to every video of hers. I could even message her on Messenger…My life began to take shape. Mornings with Marilyn is my habit now. I have now made so many positive changes in my life and have a very confident and positive outlook on life. I feel that every human being is worthy in their own way and it’s important to keep our own self happy before we can make others happy. Our positive perception of our own self will definitely give us much needed self-confidence and self-worth. Thank you, Marilyn ”
