Integration of the Self: 10 Streams of Services

Recently I was speaking to my cousin and sister-in-law about my work. They were asking about a recent offering we are developing: teaching life skills courses through a new national vocational training center in Fiji. This conversation got me thinking about how Alchemus Prime’s services are connected and integrated with each other. I developed a diagram, with support from my intrepid Wellness Advisor and partner in crime, Dr. Margaret Cornelius. The graphic (far below), depicts how, through a foundation of self-love, I began to heal and offer services that help leaders, teams, organizations, and communities rise to their highest potential, whether it’s managing change, relationships, climate change, healthy eating, trauma, or learning.

At the foundation of all our services is self-love: a practice that allows us to know, love, and expand our true selves in limitless ways. This includes a dedicated self-care practice of meditation, healing, healthy food, positive affirmations, time in Nature, hydration, sleep, creative pursuits, and stress management. We are currently finishing up with another cohort of our self-love course participants.

Our 10 streams of service are:

  1. Coaching: We offer coaching services with the understanding that one aspect of self might be connected to other aspects. For instance, you might start coaching to build confidence, and find that your lack of confidence is associated with adverse childhood events, patriarchal culture, or the loss of a loved one. We can handle what comes up in coaching, and have built a robust and holistic coaching practice based on our integrated methodology (behavioral science, design thinking, meditation, and biomimicry). We provide life, trauma, career, wellness and leadership coaching to leaders from around the world. We also help clients manifest careers that a founded upon their authentic selves.
  2. Facilitation: We bring a behavioral and creative approach to designing and implementing workshops that empower teams to go deeper, whether it’s to do with climate adaptation, wellness, empowered communication, stress management, or team dynamics and conflict resolution. Over time, our workshops bring lasting improvement to organizations using inclusive, gender-sensitive and empathic approaches.
  3. Writing and Publishing: We’ve written and published 31 books so far. These include cookbooks (more on this later), poetry, self-help books on self-love and trauma, and essays designed to inspire positive change. We offer first-time authors support in bringing their book project to fruition.
  4. Consulting and Research: We specialize in stakeholder consultation and qualitative research in the domains of climate change, women’s empowerment, and wellness, as well as evaluations of programs and processes. Our approach is grounded in science and empathy, bringing an accessible and practical approach that is also highly effective with diverse groups of people.
  5. Cooking and Recipe Development: We’ve produced 6 plant-based and gluten-free cookbooks, all aimed at helping people develop a healthier relationship with their food, and its source: Mother Nature. We have done cooking demos, and are developing plant-based cooking lessons, leveraging local and healthy vegetables, root crops, herbs, spices, and fruit. We are currently in the process of launching our plant-based, gluten-free, and refined sugar free dessert venture, TreatBox.
  6. Education & Training: We train teams in mindful and empowered communication, which includes setting strong boundaries and maintaining team cohesion through transitions. We also provide leadership, diversity and inclusion, and other training modules.
  7. Lifestyle Courses: We teach courses based on our books, including virtual courses on self-love, trauma healing, authenticity, and career manifestation. We are developing life skills courses, including healthy cooking, boundary setting, stress reduction, and empowerment, aiming to reach Fijians nation-wide.
  8. Awareness Raising: We have three free services on social media: Mornings with Marilyn, Beyond Medicine via our Alchemus Prime Wellness page, and Dr. An. Each addresses aspects of wellness: mindfulness and positivity, lifestyle medicine, food and wellbeing, and trauma patterns respectively.
  9. Motivational Speaking: We speak about varied subjects, including wellness, nutrition, climate change, leadership, women’s empowerment, and trauma healing at a diverse range of events, virtually and in person, locally and internationally: conferences, hackathons, TV, radio, International Women’s Day events, and so on.
  10. Volunteer Projects: We take on projects that are dear to our hearts, such as educating children about the relationship between diet and climate, and helping people overcome trauma.

We are living the life that we once dreamed about, and dreaming bigger so we can expand our services to empower more people. If you were to draw your own version of the diagram below, what would it look like?

Alchemus Prime’s integrated 10 services stem from a foundation of self-love, across 10 domains.
