9 Signs We’re Expanding: Year in Review

As I reflect on 2019, I feel grateful for all I have learned, all I am able to give, and the support I receive from my family, friends, colleagues, and viewers of my show. It’s been a year packed with learning and expansion.

Here’s a snapshot of how the year went:

  1. Lasting Transformation, our holistic trauma, wellness, career, and leadership coaching program, grew by 428%.
  2. We launched two wellness programs: Conscious Wellness, for corporate clients, and L.I.V.E. Well for individual and community clients. Both include a variety of science-based services.
  3. We laid foundations for a sister company in Fiji – we are going multinational! This foundation includes establishing a wellness network and collaborative wellness retreats and workshops.
  4. Alchemus Prime’s social media presence grew by 1500% on Facebook organically. We also launched a second page and group focused on our wellness work, including cooking demos and recipes.
  5. Mornings with Marilyn grew organically by 160% in membership this year and celebrated one and a half years of being an active support group for anyone wanting to heal from trauma.
  6. We produced a book called Sculpting Positivity: Daily Inspirations from the show “Mornings with Marilyn”, which launched last week and is designed as a companion for reflection and journaling, packed with nuggets of inspiration to last a whole year. Great gift idea for you and a loved one.
  7. We expanded our learning with more professional development, including Lifestyle Medicine Practitioner training for Margaret (ongoing) and Heartfulness training for Marilyn (completed).
  8. I started service as a Heartfulness Trainer and grew the local community by 120% in 4 months.
  9. We expanded our community service, conference, and networking activities to India through the Heartfulness network.

These are just a few highlights from 2019. My biggest personal lesson was setting stronger boundaries: it has served me so well and enriched my work beautifully. I am grateful to rest and reflect during this holiday season – catch you with some highlights of our wellness work in the New Year. Blessings!

I’ll leave you with a quote from one of my books that pretty much sums up my year:

How my 2019 went: I gave authentically. How do you feel about 2019 as you reflect?
