Hack: 3 Ways to Master Daily Stress

It’s clearly a turbulent time, and for many reasons. A pandemic, protests, disasters, uncertainty, job loss, and financial pressures. You name it and we are facing it right now.

Stress is a huge contributor to the loss of our immunity, longevity, and joy. It sucks out our vitality, leaving us in auto-pilot mode or worse, in apathy.

To release stress and learn how to not keep taking it in, we need a set of tools that really work. Here are three to consider incorporating into your daily life:

  1. Mindfulness: Put simply, this means bringing your attention into the present moment, without judgment and with ease. It means not fixating on the past or future.
  2. Reflection: We all need to regularly make space to process our thoughts, our circumstances and events happening around us.
  3. Meditation: A consistent practice of observing our mind and calming both mind and heart, is priceless in these times.

To learn how to get into a mindful and reflective mode daily, it helps to have motivation. To meditate well, we often need guidance as we are getting started.
