Dance: Myriad Health Benefits

I’ve danced ever since I can remember, and now I know why: it keeps me healthy. Research suggests that dancing offers physical, emotional, social and spiritual benefits, including stress and pain reduction, as well as better immunity. Another study reveals that five minutes of music and dancing can enhance our divergent thinking ability, and reduce fatigue. At Alchemus Prime we use music to enhance cognition, creativity, and personal development. I can’t think of a more fun way to be at our prime!
