A research study shows that the cost to society and the economy in Copenhagen of driving is a staggering six times that of cycling. In a Lund University press release, study co-author Stefan Gössling stated that investments in cycling infrastructure, based on these findings, are much desirable from a policy standpoint than driving infrastructure.
