A New Climate Consciousness
In this provocative piece in HuffPost, David Suzuki suggests that we humans are undergoing a massive shift in consciousness as a result of climate change impacts. He cites the trend toward divestment, as well as the rise of citizen power. I am inclined to agree with Suzuki: we are positively transforming the way we harness and use energy, from technology to policy, from investing to dietary behaviors, the change is happening. Here’s to an incorruptible, clean, and safe future.
